Here’s how to download and update your software!

Please note, you can only install a free update if you already have the main version of the software. For example, if you have already purchased and licensed any release of First Look Pro version 4, you are eligible to free downloads of all later updates to Version 4 (i.e. version 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, and so on).

To update your software, you must have
Administrator privileges on your computer!

If you're not sure if you have Administrator privileges, have your
IT person login as an Administrator to install your update!

  1. Find the desired update from the list above and click Download.
  2. When the File Download dialog box appears, select Save. (It’s much to slow to try to Run the update over the internet!)
  3. Choose the location on your desktop or some folder on your hard disk where you wish to save the compressed Update file.
  4. Run the update file and follow the instructions to install your update.
  5. If you have any problems using the updated software, it may mean some components were not installed correctly. The best solution is to completely uninstall the program (to prevent any future conflicts) and then install the update again.

When you install an update (meaning you have previously
purchased and licensed an earlier release of that Version),
you
do NOT need to obtain a new access key to license your update.

Once you have downloaded the update, right click the file name and choose "Run as Administrator."
