If you are evaluating this software for a possible future purchase, you may install it on as many computers as you wish. Each installation can be launched 10 times with full access to all program features. When the 10 trial uses are completed, you can still use the program, but you will no longer be able to save your data.
When you purchase the program, you will be given an access key that
allows you to use the unrestricted software on ONE COMPUTER ONLY.

You acknowledge that the product(s) contained in this envelope is copyrighted by The CAD Zone, Inc. and is proprietary to The CAD Zone. The CAD Zone retains title and ownership to the product(s) enclosed. This license is not a sale of the product(s) and does not give you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or any other aspect of the Software product(s).
Citrix and Windows Terminal Server Users: The customer may install the Software on a Citrix or Windows Terminal Server environment and allow remote access. If more than one user accesses the installed Software at a time, an additional license is required for each such additional user that accesses the Software. Use of Citrix or Windows Terminal Server does not allow for Customers to use the Software concurrently, unless they have purchased multiple licenses of the software.
Disclaimer: If you use the enclosed software product, you do so at your own risk, and you assume the responsibility for the results. The end user assumes full responsibility for creating and importing accurate data, correctly using any calculation features of the Software, and confirming the accuracy of the results.
Warranty: The CAD Zone warrants for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery that the media on which the Software is supplied will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship. The remedy for breach of this warranty shall be limited to replacement of the physical media and shall not encompass any other damages. The CAD Zone specifically disclaims all other warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will The CAD Zone be held liable for any damages including loss of data, lost profits, or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Software or accompanying Documentation, however caused and on any theory of liability.
Common Questions and Concerns
The Diagram Program Is First Installed As An Evaluation Version!
The Evaluation Version allows you to open the program a total of 10 times and have full use of the software. You can try out every feature of the program and you can even print and save your files. However, once your 10 trial uses have been completed, the Save feature is disabled and any prints and 3D diagrams will be watermarked. When you are ready to have unrestricted use, just click the "Purchase Instructions" button on the licensing dialog box that is displayed when you first open the program to find out how to arrange payment and unlock your program.
If I purchase one copy of a CAD Zone program, on how many computers can I install it?
