SOFTWARE EVALUATION & LICENSE AGREEMENT

All CAD Zone products and related documentation are proprietary to The CAD Zone, Inc. and/or its licensors and are made available by The CAD Zone, Inc. for use in their prospective industries solely under license to authorized users. The CAD Zone, Inc. hereby grants to the "Evaluator" as of this date, a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to examine, evaluate and to use The Program for 10 sessions, subject to the following:

At the end of the 10-session evaluation period, Evaluator will either:

  • Purchase the program using one of the following methods of payment: (a) Purchase Order, (b) Check or (c) Credit Card. Upon providing one of the above, the Evaluator will be provided a CD Key that can be used to install the complete working version of the program.
  • Continue to use the evaluation program with the File Save feature disabled.

If the Evaluator chooses not to purchase the program, they may keep the evaluation copy, pass it along to another interested party to evaluate, or they may return the evaluation program to The CAD Zone, Inc. at their expense.

  • Any use, distribution or redistribution of any CAD Zone products, other than as permitted by this license, is a violation of the intellectual property rights of The CAD Zone, Inc. and its licensors and of the copyright laws of the United States, and will materially damage The CAD Zone, Inc.
  • All CAD Zone software is licensed for use "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and is licensed subject to the additional terms of the license agreement packaged with the software
